Ze Kale Salad


Because the recipe is burried in the blog, I wanted to bring it back to the top :)

Patrick and I are in love with this salad.
We've made it already twice in the past week.
I used Charmaine's recipe that is available on this blog, and added some of my own touches: almond slivers, walnuts, lime instead of lemon, a hint of apple cider. We had it with some chicken breasts. Delicious!
Patrick even decided that now that there's kale salad there's no point in buying the other salads.

  1. Hahaha... I agree - no other salad is substantial enough after this one! Unfortunately kale is hard to come by in Singapore, and we miss it terribly. I often made it with chopped pecans, raisins, and a generous helping of diced parmeggiano-reggiano. Enjoy some for us! :)

  3. I love making this for people, because they ALWAYS (and I'm talking 100%) ask for the recipe and comment that they didn't realize raw kale could taste this good!
