Tuna Cakes
So easy, so delicious and so versatile. This is the newest "sure thing" in our house.
I used this recipe as the guide and tonight I added peas, but you could really add anything (shredded carrots, beans, corn...).
The girls like them with Ketchup (surprise, surprise) but a version of tartar sauce (any mayo or yogurty concoction) would be great.
Hope this works as well in your house as it does in mine!
