I made Charmaine's Chocolate Ganache Brownie Cups and her Dulce de Leche Lace Cookies. Both were amazing! I broke out the good camera to snap the picture of the brownies because they were just so pretty!
The cookies were really simple to make and now that I have quick-cooking oats in my pantry and all the other ingredients are basics, I plan to make these again soon. I also have to go out and by some pretty supplies to wrap up a bunch for presents. I always admire Charmaine's gorgeous packaging and it really does make it so much more special when you give them to friends. Charmaine - can I make a request for you to post something about wrapping and packaging your creations?
I also made Natalia's Banana Ice Cream and of course, added dulce de leche on top. One recommendation - when you make the banana ice cream, try to have someone in the room to share the moment. You will be so amazed! I was alone and just kept saying out loud, "Woah! It REALLY tastes like ice cream!! This is so cool!"Last but not least, I made Natacha's Pork Tenderloin and it was a really yummy dinner. The timing was perfect because I actually had a tenderloin in my freezer that I was planning to cook this week. I paired it with some spanish rice and white asparagus. A little random and not really a perfect match, but it worked. Max loved the leftovers the next day - especially the meat with the prunes and apricots.
Thank you all for your inspiration!

I've got a batch of Charmaine's lace cookies in the fridge. I'll bake them tomorrow and take them to the park to share with my dog owner friends.
