Pork Croquette

Patrick made this for dinner one night. So very delicious!
This is based on some leftovers.

Ingredients:
Ground pork
Oil ( for deep frying the meatballs)
Garlic
Cumin
Onions
Leftover couscous salad ( it had pistachios, cranberries, cucumbers and other goodies)
Tempura batter

Spinach, tomatoes, cucumber for the salad
Mayonnaise and Wasabi mixed for sauce
Hot sauce

Preparation.
1- Mix the ground pork with salt, peppers, finely chopped onions and garlic.
Make little balls and cook the pork in a frying pan as meat balls.

2- Pack your meatballs with the couscous salad, deep it in the tempura batter and deep fry it.
Basically the couscous envelops the meatball.

Serve with your salad and the mayo/wasabi dipping sauce!
