This is quick to make. We had this for Xmas eve. It's an avocado salad.

Ingredients:
Avocado ( nice and ripe)
Crab meat ( or surimi)
Prawns ( or baby shrimps)
Croutons ( preferably the regular one, not too flavoured)
1 Table spoon of Mayonnaise
1 Table spoon of Mustard
One lemon
Salt and Pepper
A table spoon of cognac ( optional)

Cut the avocados in half and empty them. Keep the skin that you will use as shells.

Mix avocado with crab meat, salt pepper, half the lemon, mayo, mustard, cognac. Keep in the fridge ( cause it;s nicer cold)

Cook the skimps with the half of the lemon and a little pepper and salt. Let it cool.
When you are ready to serve, add the croutons in the mix. Fill the shells, and place a shrimp on top!
C'est tout.
We really enjoyed it over xmas eve.
